For agencies, integrators, IT providers, freelancers and anyone whose clients move a lot of data — post houses, engineering teams, labs, survey crews, game studios, print shops. Two tiers, one set of plain terms.
Referral partners share a link and earn 20% of what each referred customer pays for 12 months. Reseller partners do the same and also run workspaces for their own customers at 15% below list. Both are paid monthly, after the customer's payment has cleared, into a bank account or UPI id you keep in the app.

The terms, in plain words.
20% of what they pay
Every workspace that signs up through your link is yours for 12 months from the day it signs up. Each invoice that customer pays in that window earns you 20% of the amount before tax.
Paid monthly, after the money clears
Commission is counted from issued invoices only, so it always follows a cleared payment. On the 1st of each month you get a statement; we pay it to the bank account or UPI id you save in the app.
Refunds reverse the commission
If a customer is refunded, the matching commission comes off your next statement. Nothing is clawed back beyond what the refund reversed.
No self-referrals
Your own workspaces, workspaces owned by the same account and sign-ups on your own email never earn. Everything else does.
Reseller tier
Run workspaces for your customers at 15% below list.
Buy at 15% below list
Create workspaces for your customers from your partner page. Their plan is billed at list minus 15%, and the discount is printed on the tax invoice as its own line.
You own the relationship
You own the workspace, invite your customer, and invoice them yourself at whatever you agree. Boita bills the workspace at the partner price.
Same link, same 20%
Reseller partners also get the referral link. Customers who prefer to pay Boita directly can still sign up through it and earn you commission.

Two minutes, no paperwork. A person reads every application and replies within two working days.

Share your link
Your partner page shows the link, who signed up through it, and what each invoice earned you.

Get paid monthly
A statement on the 1st, a payout to your bank or UPI once the customer payments have cleared, and a CSV for your accountant.
Commission is calculated on the amount before tax; GST is never part of it. Terms can change with notice for future sign-ups; a referral window that has already opened keeps the terms it opened with. Payouts are made in the currency the customer paid in.
